Overview

Vserve Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the power tools and portable Genset market.

About Us

We are a leading player in the industry, offering a diverse range of 100+ power tools and petrol Gensets with multiple power outputs under our own brand ALPHA.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from ₹8.5 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies across states to meet area sales requirements.
  • Develop and manage warranty schemes across dealers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas with low sales potential and recommend corrective measures.
  • Manage inventory, spares, and other logistical aspects related to sales.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the game.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the power tools or genset industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
