As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Cloud Audit Suite (CAS) platforms.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team of talented engineers who are passionate about delivering end-to-end technical solutions. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading multiple and/or significant projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity. Your expertise will drive complex problem-solving, ensuring exceptional quality and meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Leverage your experience in software development to deliver cutting-edge solutions, leveraging microservices architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic focus, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.
  • Train and mentor colleagues, including Sr. Software Engineers, to foster growth and excellence within our organization.
  • Owning a functional area, break down large requests into sub-tasks, give higher-level status updates, write test plans, take operational responsibility, set measurable goals, and meet them.
  • Perform code reviews, participate in developing technical/business approaches, and new or enhanced technical tools.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have:

  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or similar
  • People-oriented skills, proficient in C#/.Net Core/Angular, and experience with REST APIs and microservices
  • Excellent presentation skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of SCRUM Agile methodology, understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes, AWS Services, GitHub, and ADO
