Cloudpak Technical Support Specialist Position

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Cloudpak team at Hapag-Lloyd AG. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing second and third-level support for all application operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the products App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
- Develop maps, message flows, and configure/develop adapters
- Configure WMB/IIB in testing and production environments
- Manage MQ queues and custom queues
- Document all details and manage incidents and service requests in a ticket system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- MiddleWare (WebSphere/MQ) Administration certification is an added advantage
- Experience with 3-4 years in L2 technical support
- Good experience with App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
- Exposure to IBM API Connect
- Good understanding of ESQL coding, mapping nodes, and transformations
- Experience with IBM Integration Bus/ACE/IBM WebSphere Message Broker and IBM WebSphere Message Queue (MQ)
- Experience with Extended Structured Query Language (ESQL) development
- Sound understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,732,985 per year.
