Job Overview:

Futuremug is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge in generating new leads within the banking and FinTech ecosystem. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic plans to identify and close new business opportunities for our Payment Hub solutions.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the banking, payments, or FinTech sector. Your deep understanding of banking technology and ability to effectively present and close deals will be crucial in driving revenue growth for Futuremug.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads within the banking and FinTech ecosystem.
  2. Guide leads through the sales funnel from initial identification to successful closure.
  3. Customize solutions to align with clients' specific requirements.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the payment processing landscape.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales within the banking, payments, or FinTech sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions and banking infrastructure.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
