Data Entry Specialist

The role of a Data Entry Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless transaction processing and compliance. Working under the umbrella of Hire to Retire on various ERPs such as SAP and WorkDay, this position is responsible for managing data entry tasks with precision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and process data entry for diverse transactions across multiple ERPs.
- Audit self-work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) pertaining to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and accuracy.
- Provide timely and informative responses to queries related to payroll inputs via email or other communication channels.
- Adhere to set goals and strive to achieve them through diligent effort.
- Cultivate effective interpersonal skills by collaborating with a diverse group of employees and individuals.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Embody customer-centric values by providing prompt and efficient service.
- Take initiative to address inquiries by utilizing relevant information and written data effectively.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment by reviewing peers' work to ensure zero errors.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and stay updated within the field.
- Apply strong interpersonal management and client management skills.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to all requests and communications.
- Meet 100% of external deadlines.
Working hours: Sunday–Thursday
Shift: Mid European Shift (MEA-shift)
