Role Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive key business metrics and revenue growth for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Metrics & Revenue Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve key business metrics and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and execute program strategies that support the organization's overarching goals, ensuring successful execution of program plans.
  • Resource Management & Project Coordination: Allocate and manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, across multiple projects within the program.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, providing regular updates on program progress.
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Implement changes within the program and manage the impact on projects and stakeholders, conducting program evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a business role.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consulting or within a startup environment is highly advantageous.
  • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work five days a week from the office.
  • Excellent data interpretation skills and high resilience.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven results.
  • Innovative mindset with strong people management skills and an understanding of competitive analysis.

Salary Range: ₹15-25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
