Job Title: Integration Developer

Description: As an Integration Developer at Find Next Hire, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using the WebMethods platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the WebMethods platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for integration solutions.
  • Testing and debugging integration solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitoring integration processes and resolving any issues or errors.
  • Optimizing and enhancing existing integration solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implementing best practices for secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Supporting end-to-end integration project lifecycles.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address integration needs.
  • Developing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external systems.
  • Utilizing XML and JSON for data transformation and exchange.
  • Integrating with databases using SQL and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing integration solutions using WebMethods.
  • Strong knowledge of WebMethods integration server and related components.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with XML and related technologies for data transformation.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database integration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications in WebMethods or related integration technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions is advantageous.
