Compliance and Quality Transformation Leader

This role is a unique opportunity to spearhead innovative strategies that propel compliance and quality forward for modern enterprises.

A skilled Demand Generation Manager will lead multi-channel demand engine strategy and execution, defining the approach, managing performance, and building campaigns to drive tangible results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Life Sciences compliance industry, as marketing efforts target regulated sectors with complex buying cycles.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Demand Generation Pipeline Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for demand generation, incorporating planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Drive pipeline growth through digital and offline channels by creating tailored campaigns that cater to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.
  • GenAI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools to create and test messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy, while automating segmentation and personalization across the lifecycle and ABM.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize funnel performance using data, feedback, and experimentation to achieve maximum ROI.
  • ABM, ABX & Cross-Functional Programs: Collaborate with Partners, Sales, and BDRs to plan and execute ABM campaigns that drive business outcomes.
  • Channel & Ecosystem Marketing: Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with referral/channel partners to amplify reach and impact.
  • Marketing Operations & Tech Stack: Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, CDPs, and reporting tools to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing enterprise SaaS in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, quality, safety, compliance).
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership and tactical execution.
  • Expertise in leveraging generative AI tools in marketing contexts.
  • Track record of driving pipeline growth and exceeding KPI-based goals.
  • Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy.
