Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and finalizing complex tax returns prepared by associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

  • Review and finalize complex tax returns prepared by associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Train and assist junior team members in resolving queries and improving their skills.
  • Conduct tax research and analyze data to apply relevant tax theories and principles effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with teams in India and the US, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide support to managers on projects as needed.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Experience working with US individual tax returns, including complex situations and High-Net-worth Individuals (HNIs)
  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8621, 5471, 1116, 2555, 6252, and Passthrough reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation (1040)
