DigiHelic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of innovative HR solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient payroll systems that meet the needs of our clients across Pan India.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Consultant who can provide expert-level technology consultation during the implement design and development phase in the SAP ECP module utilizing the Success Factors Human Resource (HCM) framework.
  • You will have experience configuring across the SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors ECP modules and possess expert knowledge of SAP PY/SuccessFactors ECP and related functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes are essential for success in this role.
  • You will drive the definition of standards during change request workshops and develop technology solutions that provide standardized, functional, maintaining, and cost-effective payroll solutions.
  • Your expertise will also include utilizing SuccessFactors ECP Framework modelling techniques to provide production support for payroll.
  • You will drive the development of technology solutions that provide standardized, functional, supportable, maintainable, secure, and cost-effective HR IT solutions.
  • In addition, you will develop HR processes and guidelines keeping in mind the continuous optimization of system functionality and performance.
  • You will drive the definition of ECP standards during requirements workshops and change requests.
  • A strong understanding of Payroll Business principles and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written with a professional demeanor are necessary for this position.
  • You will configure and maintain all SAP payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, limit on deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers, off-cycle activity, third-party remittance, posting to accounting, accruals, tax structure, BSI, garnishments and reporting.
  • You will determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association, and permissibility rules for various configurations.
  • Experience working on Union Payroll Configuration is highly desirable.
  • You will enable and configure payroll features in an outsourced model and create generic payroll functions/operations that can be used generally as needed.
  • In addition, you will perform basic Employee Central provisioning settings in support of Employee Central Payroll and configure mapping of Employee Central Payroll fields and wage types originating from various Employee Central instances.
  • You will configure posting integration for on-premise or third-party financial systems and configure Tax Reporter in an outsourced model.
  • Designing and configuring check forms to meet client requirements and configuring and supporting garnishment remittance and deduction rules used to calculate amounts needed for garnishment calculations are key responsibilities of this role.
  • Maintaining configuration and integration for BSI SAAS and EFORMS Factory is also expected.
  • You will review, analyze, and test impact of payroll-related changes included in support packages.
  • SAP On Premise/SAP EC Payroll (ECP) mandatory and BSI SAAS and EFORMS Factory certifications are required for this position.
