Job Description

The Creative Director for Influencer Partnerships will be responsible for managing relationships with digital influencers, creating and implementing successful influencer marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new creators and manage their relationships with the company.
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Utilize diplomacy and multitasking skills to work well under tight deadlines for campaigns and daily briefs.
  • Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Become familiar with the digital influencer landscape and leverage this knowledge to create successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Entertainment and Social Media industry.
  • Proven managerial skills in representation and management of influencers and their digital work.
  • Able to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Initiating, mastering, and creative ideation for influencer-driven campaigns that integrate with other creative teams.
