Job Title: Sustainability Lead

Sustainability is a critical component of our company's success. We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable practices across all aspects of our business.

The Sustainability Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. This includes researching and identifying opportunities for improvement, assessing their feasibility and impact, and implementing changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and supply chain management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices
  • Monitor and report on progress toward sustainability goals and objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in sustainability and experience working in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in sustainability roles, including experience in sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of initiatives such as SBTi, CDP, GRI, BRSR, Sustainable Development Goals and Value Reporting Foundation
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
