Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support role at FICO is a challenging opportunity to work with our diverse product portfolio, supporting both hosted and on-premise solutions. As a key member of our global support team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support to internal and external clients, utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Manage and prioritize multiple incidents, working closely with next-level support and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall support processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills, with a sound understanding of cloud applications and software products.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and incident management principles.
