ERP Platform Owner Manufacturing Execution and Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Platform Owner for Manufacturing Execution and Quality to join our team at Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and define the strategy for the product line Manufacturing Execution & Quality capabilities by identifying changes in business and technology landscapes.
- Partner with business and countries to drive ERP solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure business continuity through operational and service excellence of responsible product lines.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy for product line capabilities, design roadmaps, and oversee productive exchanges of information.
- Lead the identification of changes in business and draft end-user stories, provide support and training, and center design and operations around improving user experience.
- Provide leadership in identifying and solving complex problems impacting global disciplines and oversee implementations and implications.
- Contribute to the final definition of user requirements, user stories, specifications, and update/review of Design Papers and process flows.
- Support key business stakeholders, third-party software, service providers, and IT management in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination, and resolution.
- Act as the 'go-to' person for stakeholders and liaison/driver for business community, possessing strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding ERP solutions and developments.
- Challenge existing best practices, drive and lead the development of business cases, and implement emerging technologies that provide business value to Takeda.
- Ensure compliance with Takeda Policies and Guidelines and ongoing operations and run for Product Line areas in collaboration with product delivery services and other ERP Product groups.
- Minimum 6 years of SAP PP/QM functional, configuration, and/or development experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 4 years supporting business functions, with specific business knowledge and experience required.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, project management experience, and ability to communicate ideas and data in a persuasive manner.
- Patient and user-centricity at the core, ability to analyze data and make decisions, and set priorities and develop workflow processes.
- Experience with implementing major third-party systems, SDLC methodology, and validation process, and working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
