Project Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to serve as the crucial link between project ownership and delivery, ensuring that our clients' objectives are met with excellence. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects (C&I and MEP scope), a degree in project management/construction management or a related discipline, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement an effective project management framework tailored to corporate interior fit-out projects, utilizing industry best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define and enforce criteria for project control and management, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, including establishing clear criteria and benchmarks.
  • Oversee the performance of the design and site delivery teams, delegating responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment, leading regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and monitoring vendor performance to address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation on project progress for clients and internal stakeholders, generating accurate reports or presentations highlighting key achievements and next steps.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects (C&I and MEP scope).
  • Degree in project management/construction management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes.
  • Proven track record working in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
