We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Training Manager to lead our Banca Channel training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees within the Banca Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Development: Design and implement tailored training programs to meet the needs of the Banca Channel, creating training materials, manuals, and e-learning content to facilitate effective learning.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff at various levels, utilizing various training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align training objectives with business goals, collaborating with external training providers and subject matter experts to enhance training offerings.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers and staff to reinforce learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on training outcomes, participant engagement, and overall effectiveness, analyzing training needs and trends within the Banca Channel to proactively address skills gaps.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices, staying updated on market trends and changes within the banking sector to keep training relevant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Banca Channel and its operations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
