Digital Marketing Specialist with Influencer Focus

Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position as a Digital Marketing Specialist with an Influencer Focus at VM-One Technologies in Noida. The ideal candidate will develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, manage influencer relationships, analyze campaign performance, and foster brand partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in influencer marketing. The role involves supporting and assisting the CEO personally and professionally with various responsibilities, including:
- Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Managing daily operations, liaising with stakeholders, and overseeing key projects.
- Drafting emails, presentations, and reports while maintaining confidentiality.
- Anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel plans, and calendars for the executive team.
- Handling client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project timelines.
- Assisting in planning, budgeting, and monitoring the progress of business objectives.
- Conducting market research and providing insights for decision-making.
- Achieving targets given by the company for the year.
- Experience in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Data analysis and performance tracking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing in the tech industry is a plus.
