Salary: CTC 12 - 15 LPA

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and qualifications. With a minimum of 5-7 years of sales training experience in HR Tech/L&D/Ed-tech industry preferred, you will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of our technology-driven world.

Job Description:

You will oversee various aspects of our L&D programs, including R&D – Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, and Product innovation (Lab integrations, etc). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Intellectual Property (IP) – L&D – Assessments and program design for top technology roles in demand.
  • Staying abreast with the latest industry trends in software engineering, information technology, and Data Science.
  • Engaging with potential clients during the pre-sales phase, interacting with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains for Antwalk's target customers.
  • Understanding client needs to create bespoke programs, communicating the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Crafting clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participating in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.
  • Creating quality content, assessment centers, competency frameworks on various subjects within the technology domain and ensuring relevant material are available on Antwalk's role readiness platform.
  • Working with industry experts to define course outline and entire program curriculum. Overseeing the entire L&D program, developing the overall strategy, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Managing the team, budgets, and assessing the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Product, Program, Marketing, and Sales team according to program objectives to facilitate the development and delivery of training materials according to program objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of sales training experience in HR Tech/L&D/Ed-tech industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications.
