Senior Operations Associate, Amazon India

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team that works with sellers to improve their success at Amazon India. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with sellers, Amazon Ops, and Planning and Ops Managers to resolve day-to-day inbound operation problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks and ensure SLAs are met per quality standards.
- Deliver on multiple deadlines and priorities as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Develop and update reporting focused on key operational performance indicators.
- Manage tactical planning and drive execution of assigned tasks.
- Ensure seller/vendor operational performance delivery is in line with targets.
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems.
- Monitor project execution and ensure delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
