Job Title: Marketing Executive – EMS Industry

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing and be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing B2B Marketing Strategies: Create and execute effective marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • New Market Identification: Research and identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Event Coordination: Manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Crm System Management: Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Digital Presence: Drive digital presence via various B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Crm Tools: Proficient in using CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
