About the Role

We are expanding our offline presence for IIT-JEE and NEET preparations with 63 centers across India and growing rapidly. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Pursue and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling, collaborating with local schools to expand our reach.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.">
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.">
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.">
  • Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences, assisting them with enrollment processes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).">
  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.">
  • Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.">

Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (dependent on location and experience), plus benefits and performance incentives.
