Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to manage our IBM Software portfolio with a focus on Automation and Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results, developing and guiding the partner ecosystem, creating Go-To-Market plans, executing sales enablement programs, and managing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business results in relation to the IBM Software brand
  • Develop and guide the partner ecosystem to achieve expected results
  • Create and execute Go-To-Market plans
  • Execute New Client and New Partner Acquisition programs
  • Define and execute Sales Enablement programs for resellers
  • Manage marketing strategies to achieve results in assigned solutions, territory, or partner set
  • Communicate business requirements to technical teams
  • Present value of IBM Automation and Integration Software portfolio to audiences
  • Participate in and lead seminars and marketing events
  • Provide weekly reporting on business aspects to Country and unit management lines
  • Maintain personal education updated on IBM Software portfolio
  • Travel within assigned territory when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Vendor-related software/industry certification considered favorably
  • 3-5 years of software selling experience in Automation and Integration
  • Full professional proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle credit lines with internal team and partners
  • Ability to recruit new partners
  • Solid experience in selling to partners in complex environment
  • Solid understanding of IT industry, competing vendors, and channel
  • Travel is required

Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
