Job Description

Sattva human seeks a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software applications using Spring Boot.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Java developer who can take on the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience with Java and J2EE/Java EE technologies.
  • Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and web services (JSON, REST, JAX-RS).
  • Strong understanding of multithreading concepts and experience working with databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience with tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and developers.
