We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement for transaction quality and delivery.

Responsibilities include managing call quality & client related KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions, and strengthening quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery.

You will accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, reporting needs of all clients, and set up/customize processes to meet client expectations.

A strong communicator with people management skills, ability to drive initiatives to closure, and deal with all levels of employees is required.

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, data handling/data interpretation skills, and be able to provide leadership, direction, and motivation to build high performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stakeholders, peers etc., process oriented, planning, decision making, data handling, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills, as well as trained/certified in Green Belt is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support quality and compliance teams in audits and follow-ups
  • Rund FMEA and compliance audits and health check of accounts
