Solution Architect - Product Development Lead

Job Summary:

The Solution Architect - Product Development Lead will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of product development initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and deliver innovative products that align with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the product development strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept, design, and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations to align product initiatives with business needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to develop competitive product offerings.
  • Ensure the use of best practices, frameworks, and tools in the product development process.
  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and monitor product success post-launch.
  • Foster innovation and encourage the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to gather feedback and improve product value.
  • Oversee regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in product design and development.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or head-of-product role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in competitive markets.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving high-performance culture.
