Job Title: Product Implementation Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Product Implementation Manager. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our product suite for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide implementation consultants to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, implementing and managing the entire implementation cycle end-to-end.
  • Design optimal solutions that meet clients' business needs, working closely with stakeholders to identify workflow processes and business challenges.
  • Develop project plans and Business Requirements documents to ensure successful implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the successful configuration of product suites for each customer account, collaborating with business analysts.
  • Identify critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action for each engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet project timelines, including technical support, engineering, sales, and PMO teams.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining required checklists.
  • Provide overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management, engaging with various levels such as C Levels, IT, Operation heads at the customer end.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Expertise in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing multiple project configurations, structured planning, and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level.
  • Business process expertise, knowledge on system development, process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Modelling and mapping expertise as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engaged in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
