We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global Asset Safety Group as a Senior Associate. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra, and involves working in a hybrid environment.
In this role, you will:
- Drive solution development initiatives to reduce risk and enhance resiliency within Global Asset Safety Group.
- Explore BNY Mellon's data ecosystem to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within Global Asset Safety and the wider Operations environment.
- Understand business and regulatory needs, identifying gaps and/or opportunities for enhancement.
- Learn new tools, systems, and techniques that can be beneficial to Global Asset Safety and our stakeholders.
- Act as an enabler to leverage data in transforming our work and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
The successful applicant will have excellent digital skills, exposure to solution architecture, and a strong understanding of business strategy. They will also possess good documentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to execute requirements using tooling such as Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- + years of total work experience, with techno-functional experience preferred.
- Experience in transformation initiatives, business analysis, and deriving problem statements for given business cases.
- Knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and UK regulations is an advantage.
