About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on the challenge of managing and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategies, collaborating with senior management, identifying areas for process optimization, implementing streamlined workflows, monitoring budgets, and optimizing resource utilization.

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
  • Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements

  • Proven experience in the food industry
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on any tasks to support team efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology, and people management
  • Result-oriented and accountable
  • Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment
  • A basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of HSEQ standards
  • Excellent financial and application acumen
  • Self-motivated, agile, and able to adapt to a changing environment
