About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, generating leads, and converting them into orders. They will also be responsible for providing technical explanations to clients and explaining financial benefits of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME segment.
  • Generate leads and convert them into orders.
  • Provide clear explanations to clients about owning solar systems and their technical benefits.
  • Explain financial benefits of solar systems to clients, including return on investment, break-even, and cash flows.
  • Generate techno-commercial proposals with the design and engineering team.
  • Support operations team with client and project-related information.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients against project milestones.

Requirements:

Candidates should have B2B sales experience in the MSME segment from the solar sector or other industry segments such as diesel generators, electrical panels, industrial pumps, and motors.

Prior solar experience is a plus.

Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus.

Educational requirement is graduation in any discipline.

Candidates should have good negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a demanding environment.
