- Maintain effective communication with the Finance Controller and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, and a professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus.

- 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and team management, is required.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial management practices, and regulatory requirements is essential, as well as proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are required, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
