We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical strategies.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards, best practices, and coding guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous skill growth and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Participate in project estimation, planning, and risk management activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and successful project outcomes.

A strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes is essential for this role. Experience with cloud services, Agile/Scrum environments, and version control systems is also highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
