Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in assigned territories.
  • Develop and implement business plans for monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  • Create and execute account plans for all customers, with regular updates.
  • Identify and develop new customers in assigned regions using a solution sales approach.
  • Plan and forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned territories.
  • Increase in-house business shares in existing accounts.
  • Conduct technical meetings and CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution Partner) meetings.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and Channel Partners.
  • Analyze region and industry-specific data as per business requirements.
  • Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • B.E or equivalent diploma.
  • MBA in any stream is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the field of Industrial Automation.
  • Experience dealing with Panel Builders, EPC's, and Building OEM's.
  • Experience dealing with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators.
  • Functional expertise in Industrial Automation and Components products.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle product demos and technical discussions.
