Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in assigned territories.
- Develop and implement business plans for monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Create and execute account plans for all customers, with regular updates.
- Identify and develop new customers in assigned regions using a solution sales approach.
- Plan and forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned territories.
- Increase in-house business shares in existing accounts.
- Conduct technical meetings and CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution Partner) meetings.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and Channel Partners.
- Analyze region and industry-specific data as per business requirements.
- Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- B.E or equivalent diploma.
- MBA in any stream is preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in the field of Industrial Automation.
- Experience dealing with Panel Builders, EPC's, and Building OEM's.
- Experience dealing with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators.
- Functional expertise in Industrial Automation and Components products.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle product demos and technical discussions.
