Job Title: AI/ML Engineer - Data Analytics Solutions

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team at CURA Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building analytics solutions, predictive analytics, and implementing Gen AI-powered chatbots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML models and predictive analytics solutions using data stored in MSSQL databases.
  • Build and implement chatbots with Generative AI capabilities to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and platforms.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the model development lifecycle.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into projects.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation and reports for model implementations and performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
  • Expertise in building machine learning models, including predictive analytics and chatbot development with generative AI capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Good knowledge of R programming language and its applications in data analysis and model building.
  • Experience working with data stored in MSSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, and neural networks.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
