About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product operations and contribute directly to Spinny's growth and customer satisfaction. You will work on optimizing customer journey processes within our platform, managing configurations, and monitoring system performance to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with the Product team to implement changes that enhance the user experience by building, reviewing, and modifying customer journeys based on real-time data and feedback.
  • Configuration Management: Update and manage configurations in the platform to support product features and process flows, ensuring changes align with business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, errors, or areas of improvement, using data insights to drive continuous improvement in product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Error Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and report issues or errors in the customer journey process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance reliability.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree.
  • Basic Understanding: Basic understanding of product management and operational processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills for reporting and coordinating with team members.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with customer journey design, product configurations, or operations is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
