Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role, where you will be responsible for engaging in social media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and implement best practices for content optimization.
  • Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and ensure their performance aligns with business goals.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content, including property showcases, virtual tours, customer testimonials, and blog posts.
  • Monitor social media trends and manage community engagement.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Leverage digital channels to generate quality leads, nurture leads through automated email campaigns, and convert them into clients.
  • Use data and analytics to track lead conversion rates and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Website Management and Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with current marketing efforts.
  • Work with web developers and designers to ensure the website provides an excellent user experience and effectively captures leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing software to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.

You should also have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. A proven track record of managing digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation is essential.
