Viraj Profiles Private Limited, a leading stainless steel producer and exporter, is expanding its operations with the introduction of a State-of-the-Art 3 MTPA Greenfield Integrated Stainless Steel Flat project.
Salary Range₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced LRF/LF Operations Melter to join our team in Boisar. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring productivity, operational, and quality parameters in shift.
Responsibilities- Maintain and operate induction furnaces for melting stainless steel.
- Monitor and control temperature, voltage, and other parameters to ensure optimal melting performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
- B.Tech/Diploma in Metallurgy or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in melting operations, preferably in stainless steel.
- Strong understanding of metallurgical processes and quality control measures.
