The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP through Direct and DSA channels, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including DSAs and partners, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and effective sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by continuously monitoring market trends, customer needs, and industry developments, informing business decisions and driving sales initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes and activities are aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining a strong reputation and minimizing risk.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing customer needs promptly, and providing timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in Home Loans and LAP, preferably in a B2C Sales or Sales/Relationship Manager role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a focus on business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive results.
  • Location: Noida-based role, requiring strong local market knowledge and a willingness to travel occasionally, up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly goal-driven individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
