The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. They will welcome and host prospective clients during site visits, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of luxury real estate development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet prospective clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Host clients during site visits, ensuring a luxurious experience that reflects the brand's values.
  • Provide clients with basic project information and direct their queries to the appropriate sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits.
  • Maintain an elegant reception area, ensuring all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
  • Ensure accurate client records are maintained and appointments are well managed.
  • Handle client requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in organising customer engagement events and property showcases.
  • Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
