We focus on the treasurers and finance departments of corporate and commercial clients and financial institutions across the globe, offering integrated and effective solutions.

Corporate Bank Chief Transformation Office (CB CTO)

The Project Management & Change Execution role is part of the Corporate Bank (CB) Transformation team, supporting the CB management team in developing the CB strategy globally. The team develops and defines the global strategy, aligning with overall CB objectives, regions, product areas, and DB Group functions. We execute critical strategic initiatives in all regions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, track, and execute key projects across the Corporate Bank globally, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Actively manage project risks, issues, and workstream/project dependencies.
  • Work in close coordination with other CB Divisions, project managers, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure seamless delivery and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and conduct project meetings as well as management presentations.
  • Support research and analysis, e.g., on market/business opportunities (and creation of business cases, etc.).
  • Drive the standardization and implementation of best practices across CB CTO (e.g., in presentation design, project management tools, knowledge management, etc.).
  • Create compelling senior management presentations of highest quality in an efficient manner.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Relevant degree and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management/management consultancy roles.
  • Strong and proven skills in structuring and setting up projects (incl. timelines, workstreams, deliverables, etc.). In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Agile methodologies an advantage.
  • Skills in Data analytics like Tableau, Alteryx, and knowledge of research databases such as FactSet would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – with focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/data management skills.
  • Ability to deliver the highest level of quality under time pressure.
  • Excellent team player and one-bank thinker, being able to collaborate effectively across time zones and geographies.
  • High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience, and personal initiative to drive change.
  • Excellent business communication skills in English; German an advantage but not mandatory.
