Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our internal audit department. As Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to address business challenges and enhance financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, organizing, and managing complex financial tasks across units. You will analyze business processes to identify core issues and opportunities for improvement, perform monthly closing of books of accounts, and prepare profitability statements for senior management review.

You will also create and monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will head internal audit and implement audit tools to improve efficiencies, design, implement, and monitor internal controls and SOPs, ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulations.

  • Plan, organize, and manage complex financial tasks across units.
  • Analyze business processes to identify core issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform monthly closing of books of accounts and prepare profitability statements for senior management review.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports with detailed variance analysis and ageing reports.
  • Create and monitor budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
  • Head internal audit and implement audit tools to improve efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor internal controls and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Identify cost control areas and implement strategies to reduce costs and avoid revenue leakages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration required.
  • 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, reporting, and audit tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
