At Sabitha & Co., we are seeking a Sales Product Specialist to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for lighting products and excellent customer service skills.
Job OverviewSabitha Light Studio is a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing the best possible products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect lighting products, explaining their features and benefits, and ensuring seamless sales transactions. Additionally, they will maintain a clean and organized showroom, process cash or card payments, and help with setting up displays and arranging products.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting suitable lighting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about lighting products, including their features and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments securely.
- Contribute to creating an attractive showroom environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A basic understanding of lighting products, preferably with some knowledge of industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
