Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Solitaire Consultancy Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our operations.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and track critical organizational projects and issues, ensuring timely completion and effective resolution.
  • Perform administrative tasks, act as a liaison, and provide support to the CMD by arranging meetings, managing schedules, drafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Total coordination for business-related correspondence, appointments, meetings, and information flow of the CMD.
  • Prioritize and flag communication flow for efficient utilization of the CMD's time.
  • Variance analysis report preparation and submission to the CMD and relevant stakeholders.
  • Data collection from primary and secondary sources, and preparation of cost incurred reports.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare dashboards on production ranges.
  • Root cause analysis and CAPA preparation to achieve desired quality levels.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and conferences to streamline business operations.
  • Analyze project reports and create presentations.
  • Provide feedback to the CMD regarding plant operation to meet production requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Hands-on experience in MIS reporting.
  • Ongoing assignments as per management advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentable and able to handle high-profile meetings with the CMD.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English).
  • Analytical and critical thinking, decision-making skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Location: Boisar (Tarapur).

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
