As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and overseeing our Apigee Hybrid Foundation. Your expertise in API management will be essential in determining the best solution for our clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical architecture leadership and guidance in the design, implementation, and support of the platform
  • Manage and configure API Gateway for optimal performance and security
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of APIs
  • Implement and enforce best practices for API design, security, and performance
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process regarding API management solutions
  • Lead the evaluation and migration from Apigee on-prem to Apigee Hybrid
  • Mentor and train team members on Apigee best practices and tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Proven experience working with Apigee or similar API management software in mission-critical support engagements
  • Strong understanding of API management concepts and best practices
  • UNIX/Linux commands knowledge
  • Cassandra or similar DB experience
  • Experience with Apigee administration, configuration, and development
  • Familiarity with Apigee Hybrid and its deployment architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
