We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Employee Central solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring EC modules and possess strong knowledge of HR business processes.

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Configure Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Handle data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Time, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of HR business processes and data structures, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in SAP HCM, with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is also highly desirable.

You must be a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
