The Sales Director at Windzard Technologies will oversee our sales efforts and lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and report progress to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and competitors' activities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging market trends and customer needs to remain competitive.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Salary Package
Freshers: 2,50,000 P.A + Allowances + PF (Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 21,000/- Per Month)
Experienced: 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A + Allowances + PF (Rs. 25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- Per Month)
