Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

The Sales Director at Windzard Technologies will oversee our sales efforts and lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales data and market trends, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and report progress to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and competitors' activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging market trends and customer needs to remain competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.


Salary Package

Freshers: 2,50,000 P.A + Allowances + PF (Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 21,000/- Per Month)

Experienced: 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A + Allowances + PF (Rs. 25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- Per Month)
