Senior Relationship Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for developing and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for sourcing new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels, as well as cross-selling bank products to existing customers. Additionally, they will be responsible for informing customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Development
• Develop and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
2. Sales and Cross-Selling
• Source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels.
• Cross-sell bank products to existing customers.
• Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
3. Customer Service
• Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Graduates only.
• Candidates having interest in sales job only.
• Candidates possessing bike & RC copy.
• Male candidates preferred.
• High energy and drive AMFI / IRDA certified is preferred.
