Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional and business leads for month-end closure and accounting processes.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs/Founders across established and emerging lending FinTechs.
- Consultative sales of TU offerings by constructing and communicating transformative business cases to FinTech/Banking/NBFC clients.
- Understand the FinTech/Banking/Financial ecosystem and its broad categories, promoting existing product adoption across various FinTechs/startups/banks.
- Work internally across functions like Sales, Products, Operations & IT to ensure high-quality service delivery at API Marketplace/FinTech Accounts.
- Support company goals for the API Marketplace.
- Streamline technology, commercials, contracts, and invoicing across the portfolio.
- Pursue revenue growth across existing FinTech accounts by increasing product coverage and penetrating new accounts across all TransUnion Product Offerings to achieve and significantly exceed targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Commerce.
- 3-8 years of experience in Banking, Technology, or a relevant industry.
- The ability to multitask and learn rapidly to support multiple priorities toward organizational growth.
- An analytical mindset to interpret numbers, MIS metrics both tactically and strategically, and create plans accordingly.
- Consultative engagement/sales approach.
- Exposure to selling Fraud, Analytics, and consultative solutions.
- Project management experience is a definite plus.
- A thorough understanding of the BFSI & FinTech industry and related performance deliverables and metrics.
- Good knowledge of technology & analytics use cases in the BFSI space.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver beyond target expectations, passion for driving revenue numbers.
- Extremely strong customer focus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit and competitive attitude.

- Communication Skills: Effective communicator with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Estimated salary range: ₹ 10 lakhs - ₹ 20 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
