Job Summary

This Senior HR Executive position is responsible for leading the recruitment process, analyzing HR metrics, and developing effective HR programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR management roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
