Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and budget. Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows is essential.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when applicable.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within a technical environment is required.
