Sales Performance Manager

The primary objective of this role is to optimize revenue growth from B2B sales by ensuring the effective utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate and SME accounts
- Develop and implement strategies for prospect generation through cold calling, reference, or mailing activities, and market research
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations
- Resolve enterprise customer complaints efficiently
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, business plans, and startup incubation
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers through regular communication
